Not sure how this would work,

Maybe something like planetside 2? Where your team slowely captures the map but can't capture something unless it connects with another area you own.

Not sure how this works for an event, however maybe it could be a week long event. idk just trying to help spark ideas :)

Not too sure how we could implement something like this territory capture system onto the server :S
But based from this idea we could have some kind of event that involves capturing and holding towns for x time, or make a form of "king of the hill" event where teams/ groups must stay within a radius for x time to receive a reward.

Perhaps we can utilize the oil rigs for a capture and defend base type of event?

Yea, sorry not sure how the coding works :D

Maybe, you gain points for however long you hold it for. Each reset the map resets and the winners from the previous restart get 100k or something

Also have the town in the middle gain double points so it can implement your idea of the king of the hill.

Feel free to speak on TS to discuss further.

    Sounds Awesome!

    Juggernaut.

    How it works:

Admin or mod spawns the "Juggernaut mission".

The admin that spawned it then becomes the juggernaut.

The juggernaut is automatically put on the independent team therefor cannot and should not be revived.

    Health of the juggernaut: 50000hp

The juggernaut will have a marker similar to a mission marker that will follow he/she around with a 30 second delay on each movement similar to the hvt.

All teams can go after the juggernaut.

The faction or independent group that kills the juggernaut first wins.

Each player from the winning Faction or Independent Group would receive 100k each via bank transfer to prevent stealing from runnerup teams.

It would be a team effort to take down the juggernaut.

    Rules for players:

No armed vehicles including Air or Ground. Only vehicles that can transport troops are allowed.

No using vehicles as a ramming tool. Its on foot only.

All weapons are allowed not including rocket launches or rpgs.

    Grenades are allowed.

    Thermal is allowed.

Players may respawn and continue to participate in the event if they die.

    Rules for juggernaut:

No use of armed vehicles air or ground. On foot only.

Juggernaut can choose any weapon excluding launchers or rpgs. They may use any loadout they choose.

All weapons allowed not including rocket launchers or rpgs.

    Juggernaut Cannot be revived.

It would be a massive team effort with a huge reward meaning whos not gonna wanna participate?

Maybe make an event with a major invasion force with 2 apc maybe and 80 soldiers and make them move from the shore to the nearest capture point or store? Idk just a hypothetical. And players can try take them out and claim the apc and gear
